‘New challenges – new opportunities’ All-Russia congress took place in Stt. Petersburg on October 9th to 11th. The event was attended by experts from variouis regions of the country, who discussed the current healthcare staffing issues, including the lack of assistants in the Russian medical institutions.
The congress participants discussed payment and other terms of the assistants’ employment, as well as the ways of renovating the existing graduate and postgraduate medical education. Along with the main dicussion, the congress included special-purpose sections dedicated to medical staff training.
The event also offered an exhibition of medical items and equipment, where Gexa presented its disposable surgery-oriented products. The company representatives shared the details of Gexa – Nonwoven Materials products range and properties and answered the attendees’ questions.
The congress stood out for us, not only due to the quality of discussions, but also on account of Gexa receiving a gratitude letter for providing humanitarian aid in the special military operation zone.
The event also turned out a splendid occasion for meetings with old friends and partners, including the Russian Association of Nurses management and the president of Moscow Association of Nurses.
