On April 5 in Nizhny Novgorod, the 12th Interregional scientific conference of surgeons and emergency anesthesiologists of the Privolzhsky Federal District called ‘Spring in the “Fifth”. Municipal Surgery. Quid agis?’ was held. The conference dealt with various issues and problems of elective surgical care in a multipurpose clinic.
