For inquiries on the website www.med.gexa.ru (hereinafter – the “Site”), in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” the User grants to Gexa – Nonwoven Materials LLC (hereinafter – the “Operator”), registered at the address: 143405, Moscow Region, Krasnogorsk District, Golyovo village, Tsentralnaya Street, Building 72A, Premises 2.11, its consent to the processing of any information posted on the Site (including, but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of Personal Data, as well as the performance of any other actions with personal data in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) and confirms that by giving such consent, the User acts voluntarily and in their own interest.
By providing this consent, the User confirms the consent of third parties, information about whom is posted on the Site, to the transfer and processing of their personal data and grants the Operator the right to perform any actions with the personal data of third parties that are necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal data specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Hereby, I am notified that the intended users of personal data are the Operator’s employees and its affiliated parties.
I agree that within the framework of processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to transfer them to third parties (including organizations that own the servers).
Hereby, I acknowledge and confirm that, if it is necessary to provide personal data to achieve the stated purposes to any third parties, as well as when engaging third parties to provide services under a contract for the specified purposes, the Operator is entitled to disclose the User’s personal data to such third parties to the necessary extent, including consultants, partners, contract executors, contractors, agents, and other persons authorized by them to perform actions under the contract. Furthermore, the User acknowledges and confirms that this consent is deemed to have been given by him/her to any third parties mentioned above, subject to the conditions stated above, and any such third parties have the right to process personal data using methods similar to those permitted by the User to the Operator.
Consent to the processing of personal data uploaded to the Site by the User is deemed to have been received by the Operator from the User from the moment the “Submit” option located on the Site is selected.
This consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely until revoked by the User. Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time by sending an official request to the Operator in the manner prescribed by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
The System Operator undertakes to cease the processing of the User’s personal data, destroy it, and notify the User of its destruction within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the notification to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
This consent applies exclusively to the User’s personal data posted on the Site.
