The company has started the tradition of annual meetings long time ago. Such events enable Gexa – Nonwoven Materials representatives from all around Russia to share their experience, successes and failures and to analyze the subtleties of their performance either in Moscow, or in the regions.
This time was no exception – the week has become quite eventful:
- the company nanagers have acquainted themselves with various aspects of handling the nonwoven materials;
- they have analyzed the market trends and have formulated the goals of the company growth in line with the current situation and the forecasts at hand;
- they have studied the Gexa – Nonwoven Materials products features, and this has been especially useful for the company’s newcomers;
- they have elaborated the standards of handling clients and state orders.
Yesterday was spent by our managers in a no less productive and interesting way – they were tasting Tifara wines, dancing, strolling along Arbat and watched ‘Pushkin’s stories’ at Vakhtangov theater.
This helped them become a team, still more united, though separated by the distances of our vast country. All this is in the favour of our clients, partners and, certainly, patients!
