Sterile products are exposed to double checking for sterility to let us guarantee the safety of our products while using them in surgeries and other disinfected rooms. The manufacturing is equipped with a certified system of quality mangement to ensure compliance with the standards.
Manufacturing Process
Raw Materials
A product quality depends on raw materials. As far as polymer matertials are concerned, everything starts with polypropylene granulas. We use the best raw materials, cooperating with only large Russian suppliers.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facilities are located in Toropets, Dubna and Nelidovo. Each of them has has specific features. Toropets facility, the largest of them, makes all the products, proprietarily owned by Gexa.
We set the qulaity standards
We constantly watch the compliance of our production with the Russian and the international quality standards and participate in their development actively.
Logistics
Gexa has its own logistics company. So, when the goods are ready for shipment, our logistics department employees arrange their prompt delivery from the main distribution warehouse to our offices across Russia and in Kazakhstan.
